SHIFT.gg / SUPPORT

Help, without the headache. ✦

Answers about digital licenses, demo orders and activation. SHIFT.gg is currently in preview mode: real payments and automatic customer delivery are not enabled.

License activation

Once real delivery is available, your order will include the activation instructions supplied by the software developer. Never post a license key publicly.

Account & security

Use a unique password. We never need your password, payment card details or one-time login code to help you.

Orders & delivery

Checkout is currently a demo. Test orders are not purchases and do not provide usable paid licenses.

QUICK START

How activation will work.

  1. Choose a product and the license duration that suits you.
  2. After the future checkout is enabled, complete a verified payment.
  3. Find the license and developer-provided activation instructions in the confirmed delivery channel.
  4. If activation fails, contact support with your order reference (not your secret key).
KNOWLEDGE BASE

Common questions.

Can I purchase a license right now?

Not yet. The public store is in demo mode. Payments and real license delivery will only be enabled after integration and verification.

Where will I find my activation key?

After real checkout and fulfillment are launched, the delivery method will be clearly stated before purchase. At present, demo orders do not issue real keys.

What if a key does not activate?

Check the product's compatibility requirements and developer instructions. Then contact support with the order reference and an error description. Do not send your full key in public.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility and any exceptions will be described in the store's published terms before live sales begin. Contact support if you have a question.

Do I need an account?

Customer accounts are being prepared. The checkout and delivery flow will explain the account requirements before real purchases are enabled.

Is SHIFT.gg the software developer?

Not necessarily. Listed third-party software is made by external developers. SHIFT.gg intends to act as a reseller where authorized.
